National Trust

Regional and National brand work for the National Trust, since 1997.

The National Trust looks after a breathtaking number of beautiful and historic places all over the UK  — each distinctive, memorable and special to people for different reasons.

For over three decades I have designed for the National Trust regionally and nationally and as a designer it’s been my job to help keep the spirit of each of these places alive.

For ever, for everyone

2009 was a major year for the National Trust with the unveiling of their new brand identity and I had the privilege of being one of the first designers to implement it through three of their flagship publications; their Working Holidays Brochure and collateral, 10 year Strategy Brochure and the Annual Map and Groups Guides.

In 2015 I worked on the initial designs for a new Holiday Cottages brochure.

The brief to create a tone and style that would raise awareness of the National Trust as a credible holiday provider and encourage customers to feel confident and excited about booking with them.

The Holiday Cottages brochure is in its fifth reiteration and visitors will be sharing stories of their holidays, feeling proud they have supported a good cause.

“…it was a pleasure working with you and your team. Thanks a lot for your hard work, you guys have been amazing!”

Cottage Holidays, Marketing Campaign Executive — National Trust

Over the decades I’ve created a sub brand for the Traditional Building Skills Bursary Scheme, it’s aim: to safeguard the future of historic buildings and see the legacy of knowledge and skills of the National Trust’s current master craftsmen passed on to the next generation. Direct mail campaigns to encourage membership and much more…
